Accordion Class by Joe Hall
Joe Hall will be teaching beginning and intermediate Cajun and Creole accordion classes from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. every Wednesday, beginning tonight, December 5 at 1022 Neblett, the future home of t-NUNU's in Arnaudville. Students will learn Cajun and Creole accordion in a basic but traditional style. Joe Hall is the founder of the band "Joe Hall and Louisiana Cane Cutters.
"Registration fee for 4 classes is $100. There is limited enrollment and pre-registration is required. For more information, contact Karen Willingham at (337) 453-3307 or fredericklecole@gmail.com.
Joe Hall has released two CDs, one in mid-2006 that also features two other Creole musicians, Nolton Semien and Mary Jane Ardoin Broussard, and the other in May 2007 with a new band, the Louisiana Cane Cutters.
